Add the check for a clip without assigned color again, but updated for
the situation where we use string values starting with "1".

- all components converted to functional style
- reduced number of unnecessary props to components

The ResolumeContext maintains the websocket connection to our backend,
as well as the global list of monitored parameters.

The ParameterMonitor is a new component which monitors the given
parameters and passes them onto its render prop.
